Welcome to Colorado Bluesky Enterprises INC., (CBE). CBE has had the privilege of being part of the Pueblo Community since 1964. What started as a small agency created by families with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities has evolved into the organization we are today. We are honored to serve over 1000 individuals in Pueblo County through a range of service lines. Our Vision, Mission, & Values guide our decisions and inform our strategic planning process. CBE is blessed with 120 dedicated employees who are committed to the people we serve, their families, and the broader Pueblo community. We are also very fortunate to have partnerships with 12 provider agencies, who afford the people we serve with many choices of service providers. Being part of the community includes collaboration, such as our Developmental Disabilities Mental Health Consortium. I invite you to browse through our website and learn about the specific services we offer, from Early Intervention to working with elderly individuals through the OBRA program. Spend some time reading about the educational focus at our Bluesky Adult Supported Services (BASS), and our Supported Employment partnership with the Division for Vocational Rehabilitation Services. Our Journeys Residential Services will impress you with the services provided to those who have had involvement with the law, to providing services to medically fragile individuals. No agency can be complete without providing vital services to children, so please visit our Early Intervention site to learn more. A fundamental part of CBE is our responsibility as a signal entry point, so click on the link to learn about Service Coordination. In 1998 Colorado Bluesky Enterprises made a commitment to provide affordable housing, so see the Baltimore Court Apartments site for more information. No nonprofit organization is complete without the leadership of its Board of Directors. CBE’s board is a group of diverse and gifted individuals who are committed to the mission of the agency. Please read the individual profiles to gain a better understanding of the board’s composition.
