Medford
The City of Medford offers a down payment assistance program geared toward first time homebuyers that are income eligible. The First Time Homebuyer Down Payment Assistance Program targets first time homebuyers who earn 80% of median income or less offering down payment and closing cost assistance up to $15,000.
